The Argentine Executive Branch extended the adherence deadline for the Large Investment Incentive Regime (RIGI) by one year through Decree 105/2026, published in the Official Gazette on February 19, 2026. The new deadline is July 8, 2027. This is the only extension permitted under Law 27.742 (Ley Bases).
